Can I return apparel if I change my mind?
For online purchases, you may return apparel within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Click here to lodge a ticket requesting cancellation.

What if the apparel is defective?
If apparel is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within a reasonable period after delivery, typically up to 6 months.

Does this apply even if the item was worn?
Yes, if the defect is due to a manufacturing fault and not caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are offered according to our store policy and must meet the stated conditions.

Can apparel be transferred to another person?
Once purchased, apparel belongs to the consumer and may be given or sold to another person. We do not manage or process transfers.
