Can I cancel my partnership subscription?
Yes. Ongoing partnership subscriptions may be cancelled with one month’s notice.  Click here to lodge a ticket requesting cancellation.

Are cancellation fees charged?
A cancellation fee applies only to ongoing partnership subscriptions, not once-off purchases.

How is the cancellation fee calculated?
The fee is 10% of the remaining subscription value, or a stated minimum amount if 10% is less. This is disclosed upfront before purchase.

Will I receive a refund for unused time?
Any unused portion of the subscription may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less the applicable cancellation fee.

Can a partnership subscription be transferred?
Transfers may be allowed subject to approval and the conditions set out in our policy.
