Can I cancel or get a refund?
Digital media is non-refundable once downloaded, unless the product is defective or not as described. Click here to lodge a ticket requesting cancellation.

What is considered defective digital media?
A digital product is considered defective if it is corrupted, incomplete, cannot be opened using standard software, or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

What happens if the file is defective?
If the digital media is defective, we will provide a corrected replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Can digital media be transferred to someone else?
No. Once a digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be transferred, returned, or reassigned.
