Can I cancel before starting the course / coaching sessions?
If the course is purchased online, you may cancel within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not started the course or accessed any course materials. Click here to lodge a ticket requesting cancellation.

What happens once I start the course / coaching sessions?
Once you have started the course or accessed course content, cancellations for change of mind are no longer possible.

Are refunds available after the course / coaching sessions starts?
Refunds are only available if the course is defective, materially different from what was advertised, or not delivered as agreed.

Can I transfer my course / coaching sessions enrolment to someone else?
Yes, course enrolment may be transferred to another person for a small administrative fee, provided the course has not yet been started.
