Can I cancel my event booking?
If an event is purchased online, you may cancel within 7 days of purchase, provided the event has not yet started. Click here to lodge a ticket requesting cancellation.

Are refunds available after the event starts?
Once the event has started, refunds are not available for change of mind.

What if the event is cancelled by the organiser?
If we cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future event.

Can I transfer my event ticket to someone else?
Yes, event tickets may be transferred to another person before the event date. A small administrative fee may apply and is disclosed in advance.
